Recruitment Officer – Frankfurt
We are looking to hire a Recruitment officer to join and strengthen our HR team in Frankfurt. This role will play a central part in our recruitment activities across Germany, supporting hiring needs for our sites in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
The ideal candidate will be a key partner to our operations teams and help ensure we build a strong and reliable talent pipeline nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full interview and selection process for middle management positions and operational workers.
- Support managers in candidate selection.
- Provide candidates with all necessary information (working conditions, schedules, etc.).
- Conduct pre-screening and pre-interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Finalize the overall interview process.
- Coordinate with the HR Coordinator to ensure proper onboarding on the employee’s first day.
- Oversee all jobboards and the ATS.
- Build strong partnerships with operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of recruitment needs.
- Ensure all open positions are filled efficiently and within appropriate timelines.
- Ensure all required documentation and resources are prepared for interviews and the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels, particularly for high-volume hourly roles.
- Serve as the lead recruiter for operational positions and ensure all hiring needs are met.
- Monitor recruitment strategies and adjust them based on market trends and internal data.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
- Beginners are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Professional level in English and German (B1 minimum).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Diplomacy and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
