Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies aligned with global market trends, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management.

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Coordination: Monitor and develop supply chain strategies, collaborate with Purchase Managers, and oversee procurement activities to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
2. Inventory & Cost Management: Supervise inventory levels, analyze procurement costs for efficiency, and manage warehouse operations, including the Frankfurt unit.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Initiative Leadership: Work with internal teams to forecast demand and lead initiatives to improve supply chain agility, efficiency, and sustainability.
4. Operational Oversight: Ensure deliveries match orders and manage overall supply chain organization.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in aviation catering or logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and dispute resolution.
4. Proven leadership skills in team supervision and workforce management.
5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Customer-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
7. Fluent in German; proficiency in English is required.
8. Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
11. High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
