Our tools supply media professionals via editorial ticker or e-mail, publish PR content on the web and ensure high findability on Google etc. In this way, we provide our customers with maximum reach and visibility – nationally and internationally. We look forward to you becoming part of our team: We are looking for you as a Content Administrator (m/f/d) full-time for news aktuell GmbH (as a replacement during parental leave) at one of our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich or remotely (from Germany).

The job + The responsibility

  • Processing reports for national and international distribution: indexing and sending company information according to agency standards (IPTC)
  • Identifying optimisation and add-on potential for incoming orders
  • Complaint management for customers
  • Processing distribution in collaboration with international partner agencies
  • Providing customer advice over the phone on order processing issues
  • Subsequent processing of reports
  • Documenting departmental knowledge

You + Your strengths

  • Professional experience in the processing of customer orders
  • Good understanding of technical processes and database management
  • Enjoy active customer contact and sales
  • Confident prioritisation, even when workload is high
  • Open to new approaches and new technologies
  • Comprehensive general education
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to work shifts (07:00-20:00), on-call and weekends
