Position Overview

IT specialist for system integration / IT infrastructure administrator, all genders.

Responsibilities

• You are a server administrator for Windows / Linux in a central IT infrastructure operations team responsible for a distributed international infrastructure.
• You take over the planning, implementation and operation of:

• IT infrastructures with a focus on servers, storage, backup and network-related services (hardware from HPE, DELL, Pure).
• Data centers.
• IT infrastructures based on best practices (e.g. ITIL, BSI IT baseline protection).

Qualifications

• Vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a degree in computer science or telecommunications.
• Professional experience in system administration with a focus on servers and enterprise storage is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, VMware and Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP is desirable.
• Good knowledge of English and German.
