Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  1. Management of various technical-administrative processes, such as tender preparation, conformity deviations, complaints and processing of technical inquiries
  2. Optimization of the service level
  3. Building and maintaining close relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  4. Close cooperation with sales, production and logistics
  5. Main contact person for customers and sales representatives

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable qualification
  2. Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
  3. Very good knowledge of German and English
  4. Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  5. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
  6. Experience in working with distributors
  7. Strong communication and teamwork skills
