Customer Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Management of various technical-administrative processes, such as tender preparation, conformity deviations, complaints and processing of technical inquiries
- Optimization of the service level
- Building and maintaining close relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Close cooperation with sales, production and logistics
- Main contact person for customers and sales representatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable qualification
- Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Experience in working with distributors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
