We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to oversee two corporate events in Berlin, Germany:
Event Dates:
March 27, 2025
April 15, 2025
Responsibilities:
End-to-end event management – planning, execution, and on-site coordination.
Liaise with speakers, sponsors, vendors, and venue staff to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee event logistics, including agenda adherence, stage management, and setup.
Ensure a smooth experience for attendees, speakers, and panelists.
Handle any last-minute changes or challenges professionally.
Assist in event marketing, registration, and post-event follow-ups if required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple aspects of a corporate event.
Experience handling B2B or finance-related corporate events is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to on-site changes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
