About Your Future Role
The Senior Data & Growth Strategist plays a central role in enabling performance-driven decision-making across local markets by owning the data, tools, and insight frameworks that guide commercial and media optimization. The role is embedded within the Performance Management & Growth Strategy unit and supports its purpose of empowering markets to make informed decisions that drive revenue outcomes.
This role acts as a bridge between data, marketing, and commercial teams—building and managing end-to-end data flows from media impression to final sale, and ensuring these insights are actionable through regular performance rituals (e.g. monthly reviews, weekly check-ins, digital forums).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Data architecture: creating requests and demands for data structure and securing connection with global BI teams. Responsible for our architecture across reporting tools (funnel.io, looker studio, Google analytics, PowerBI, HubSpot)
  • Revenue reporting: responsible for ensuring our ability to report on net revenue pr. campaign type to help us steer activities
  • Marketing mix modelling through AI: search for possibilities to use AI to make estimations on our spending efforts effect on sales across campaign types to better understand synergies across activities
  • Growth opportunity identification and Ad Hoc deep dives: continuous evaluation of key metrics to find areas of underperformance and growth potential. Prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort and align teams around the most strategic opportunities
  • AI lead: ensuring that we take advantage across digital marketing with possibilities coming from AI
  • Backbook performance management: responsible for including backbook activities to our reporting framework
  • Media advisor: point of contact for the media team on strategic topics
