About Nexi

At Nexi, we're simplifying the future of digital payments. As one of Europe's leading payment companies, we combine international scale with the dynamism of a fast-moving tech company. With over 9,000 colleagues across more than 25 countries, we're shaping how people and businesses pay and interact every day. Here, your skills, curiosity, and ambition don't just support the business. They help shape what comes next.

Your Everyday at Nexi

As Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH region, you will serve as the strategic Talent Acquisition advisor for business leaders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Acting as point of contact for all regional business areas, you will help shape hiring strategies and ensure the successful delivery of recruitment through a combination of direct hiring expertise, external partner management and close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence. You will play a key role in translating business priorities into talent acquisition plans, driving recruitment excellence, and continuously improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of hiring across the region.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Serve as the trusted Talent Acquisition Partner for senior business leaders and HR Business Partners across the DACH region.
  • Translate business priorities into proactive hiring strategies and talent acquisition plans.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, salary benchmarking and talent availability to support business decisions.
  • Challenge hiring approaches where appropriate, ensuring alignment with business needs, organizational priorities and market realities.
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future hiring demand and critical capability needs.

Recruitment Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for your business area, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all hiring activities.
  • Lead kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers, defining recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Support and advise on senior, niche and business-critical hiring.
  • Drive diverse sourcing strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Delivery Management

  • Act as the governance lead for external recruitment partners supporting the DACH region.
  • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment investments to maximize hiring effectiveness.
  • Coordinate hiring priorities across multiple stakeholders while ensuring delivery against business expectations.

Recruitment Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor recruitment performance through data and analytics, identifying trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive recruitment governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies, employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
  • Champion best practices in interviewing, assessment, candidate experience and hiring quality.
  • Support Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, process optimization and the adoption of new recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding CoE to strengthen position as an employer of choice within the DACH market.

Success in This Role

  • Partner with Group’s Head of Talent Acquisition and be part of international Team of Talent Acquisition Partners spread across Europe.
  • Influence hiring strategies rather than simply execute recruitment.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and local HR Team.
  • Deliver high-quality hires while balancing speed, quality and cost.
  • Create sustainable talent pipelines for strategic capabilities.
  • Drive measurable improvements in recruitment performance and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent governance, compliance and recruitment excellence across the DACH region.
