Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our demand generation and performance marketing activities
- Plan, manage, and optimize our Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, including budget management within the defined framework
- Build and optimize our visibility in search engines and AI-generated answers through SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and other AI-powered search systems
- Manage our website based on WordPress and HubSpot, with a focus on SEO, GEO, and conversion optimization, including site structure, metadata, structured data, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent management, and UTM conventions), and analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to independently identify and implement optimizations
- Identify new growth and demand opportunities, such as new funnels or advertising formats in AI assistants (AI Ads)
Your Profile
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B software environment
- Solid experience with marketing automation, ideally HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, and administration
- Very good knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and web analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Enthusiasm for digital trends, AI, and modern search technologies
- A proactive mindset, creativity, and a hands-on approach
- Very good German and English language skills
