Channel Partner Manager (m/w/f) B2B-SaaS / IAM in Regensburg

Your Responsibilities

• Partner management: You are the main point of contact for sales and implementation partners, support them across the DACH region and selected European markets, and keep Nexis top of mind with management, sales and consulting teams.
• Partner development: You develop joint business plans, target account lists and campaigns, conduct partner reviews, and support sales and pre-sales enablement together with the pre-sales team.
• Partner recruitment: You identify, qualify and recruit new strategic partners, understand their business models, and prepare management-level meetings.
• Pipeline & revenue growth: You develop leads and opportunities with partners and manage deal registration, the partner pipeline and forecast in coordination with the sales managers.
• Partner program & market: You develop partner tiers, certifications and incentives, analyze markets, competitors and opportunities, and translate insights into concrete growth initiatives.

Your Profile

• Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in B2B software sales or channel and partner management, ideally in IAM or IT security.
• Partner expertise: You have built partner relationships, understand partner business models, and can develop partner programs and go-to-market concepts.
• Sales & initiative: You combine strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a results-driven mindset, proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Stakeholder management: You keep Nexis top of mind with partners and engage stakeholders at every level, from management to sales representatives and consultants.
• Communication & mobility: You are fluent in German and English, communicate confidently with decision-makers, and are willing to travel regularly within Europe.
