With increasing experience, there is the opportunity to take on more complex mandates as a Senior Client Advisor in Fiduciary Services and assume greater responsibility. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libAdvise and support clients /b You are the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of startup and SME clients on all fiduciary matters, from accounting and payroll to tax returns and financial planning /li libManage digital accounting /b You prepare annual financial statements and maintain client accounts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, professionally and efficiently /li libSwiss regulatory compliance /b Prepare VAT returns (MWST), handle social insurance declarations, and ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards (OR) /li libWork independently from day one /b You take full responsibility for your mandates and client projects and organize your work autonomously /li libHelp shape our processes /b You challenge existing workflows, contribute your own ideas, and help actively shape the future of digital fiduciary services /li libCareer development /b You have the opportunity to take on more complex mandates as a Senior Client Advisor in Fiduciary Services and, if interested, pursue further qualification as a certified fiduciary expert /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liFederal Diploma in Fiduciary Services or a comparable qualification /li liAt least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a fiduciary firm /li liDigitally savvy and familiar with common fiduciary and accounting software /li liVery good German skills and solid English for communication with our international clients /li /ul h3Personal strengths /h3 ul liYou work independently and organise your work without constant supervision /li liYou communicate proactively and address problems early rather than letting them sit /li liYou are client-focused and can explain complex topics in an understandable way /li liYou enjoy working remotely and value flexible working hours /li liFreedom, quality, transparency, and responsibility are values you live by /li /ul h3Work environment /h3 ul liWork from anywhere: Whether from home or our office in Basel, you decide where you work. /li liFlexible working hours: Structure your workday in a way that suits you.
