About The Role

As the Commercial Marketing Director for Business Group Wide Bandgap, IGBT & Modules, you will drive and own customer pricing, negotiations, and capacity allocation – sales.

What You Will Do

• Drive the performance and development of a global team of commercial marketing managers.
• Prepare allocation and pricing scenarios.
• Set pricing and allocation strategies with Product Group managers.
• Execute defined pricing and allocation strategies.
• Coordinate allocation management efforts and act as escalation point for allocation decisions.
• Manage internal operational processes, e.g., distributor price book management.
• Own margin and revenue for BG WIM, and execute against Rolling Financial Forecast (RFF).
• Collaborate across the company with peers in other business groups, sales, marketing, and corporate pricing.
• Stakeholders include Product Group managers, Global Sales, Regional BG champions, Supply Chain, Finance, General Manager, and others.
• Key metrics: margin, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Need

• Master\’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial marketing or pricing roles.
• Experience in semiconductors/electronic components preferred but not essential.
• Agile, fast thinker with high attention to detail.
• Financially savvy, able to understand cost drivers.
• Strong communication skills for proposals and decisions.
• Ability to make and defend decisions confidently.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization.
