Overview As a Product Director for Brokerage at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will lead a team that innovates new product offerings and manages the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. You guide successful launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Our Product team focuses on getting smart ideas into the hands of customers. We value curious, collaborative leaders who are passionate about building investment products. We work in tribes and squads focusing on specific products and projects, with opportunities to move between them based on strengths and interests. Responsibilities
Develops and articulates a clear product strategy that delivers meaningful value to customers and aligns with the firm’s broader objectives across the EU Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Builds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Builds strong and collaborative relationships across departments, including internal teams (Product and Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Investments) and with external partners Be passionate about the product development process, continually improving how products are built to maximize team effectiveness and efficiency Balances business and technical objectives and translates these into clear priorities for the Engineering team Oversees product development, testing, and release management, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain within financial services or technology Proven track record of building wealth management products; familiarity with brokerage and/or mutual funds end-to-end lifecycle Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience with software delivery best practices, working with technical product requirements and mapping dependencies, design of minimum viable products, and multi-country requirements Ability to explain technical issues clearly to the business and other stakeholders Ability to analyze and incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process Be the glue among departments and translate ideas into technical or layman’s terms to create shared understanding Experience developing investment products across different European jurisdictions

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, finance or a highly qualitative field Fluency in German, Italian, French, Spanish or Dutch Demonstrated experience navigating and working in matrix and complex organizations, collaborating across teams and functions
