German speaking Content Moderator (hybrid)

Our client has exciting opportunities for Full-Time German-Speaking Customer Support Agents/Moderators in sunny Malta!
As a Customer Support Agent, you\’ll play a crucial role in responding to customer questions and complaints via email (no phone calls) and reviewing content across marketplaces, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws. By doing so, you\’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.
Responsibilities
- View and review user generated content
- Respond to customer inquiries on all topics by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers
- Follow communication procedures and processes
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines
Requirements
Previous experience is not required. What our client values most is your enthusiasm and commitment to create a positive impact in the digital sphere. If you have strong German reading and writing abilities, along with basic to conversational English skills, excellent computer proficiency, decision-making skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, our client wants you as part of their amazing team!
