What's the Job?
You will support German-speaking customers and be their first point of contact when questions or problems come up.
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Answer questions and find solutions
- Handle cases and follow them through to resolution
- Create a great customer experience
- Become part of an international team
There are different projects available, so your exact responsibilities may vary depending on your assignment.
Requirements
- Fluent German
- Good English
- Strong communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset
- Good computer skills
- Team-player attitude
- An open mind and interest in an international environment
