Nordic Speaking - Customer Service Agent iGaming in Malta - Relocation Included
Relocation assistance is provided to make your transition as seamless as possible. Base pay range details are provided by Next Job Abroad; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Nordic languages and English with inquiries related to our iGaming products and services
- Provide detailed information about games, promotions, and account management
- Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth gaming experience
- Engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and feedback to aid the continuous improvement of our offerings
- Stay informed on the latest iGaming trends and updates to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English is essential
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for the gaming industry
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience
