Aufgaben
- Identify opportunities for a new high-margin digital company with us
- Research opportunities in depth and evaluate them
- Start subsidiaries in collaboration with us
- Lead the company as interim management
- Find permanent management and help them get started
- Jump in and help out if needed
- Optional: run the company full time
Qualifikation
- Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly and deep dive into new topics
- Experience with digital business and/or startups
- Proven organizational and managerial skills
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
- German language skills are a plus
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
- You display a proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur
- Attentive to detail!
