Next Ventures seeks an experienced AGILE Coach to move forward its long term client project in Frankfurt.

IT Consultant (Agile Coach)

Project:

Agile Transformation and Coaching

Context:

The project involves supporting agile teams in a transport and logistics setting, focusing on the implementation and optimization of agile methodologies.

Services Required:

• Technical support for the product team in agile methods.
• Coaching stakeholders in agile practices and change management.
• Advising teams on project planning and scheduling.
• Reporting on team performance metrics and compliance with project goals.
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and events on agile principles.
• Evaluating and optimizing existing scaling frameworks.

Project Details:

• Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
• Service Provision: On-site service from Germany, with any offshoring needing prior approval.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years in the transport and logistics industry.
  • At least 5 project assignments related to agile coaching.
• Skills:
  • Certification as a Product Owner (PSPO I) and as a Scrum Master (PSM I).
  • Certification as IPMA GPM Senior Project Manager (Level B).
  • Proven experience in coaching teams on agile methodologies.
  • Ability to understand and optimize complex business processes.
  • Experience with data lake and business intelligence applications.
  • Practical experience with agile methods like SAFe.
