The Role As Consulting Manager, you will take ownership of client engagements while helping grow both the consulting practice and its commercial footprint.

This is a hands-on leadership position combining strategic advisory, delivery excellence, business development and practice building.

Responsibilities Lead strategic transformation programmes for leading Financial Services organisations.

Deliver Data & AI consulting engagements from strategy through implementation.

Manage senior client stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.

Lead consulting teams, mentor junior consultants and develop future leaders.

Own workstreams, budgets, project delivery and client satisfaction.

Contribute to business development activities including proposals, client acquisition and account growth.

Develop new offerings, methodologies and intellectual property.

Play an active role in shaping the future direction of the consulting practice.

What We're Looking For Experience4+ years' experience within management consulting, technology consulting or Financial Services transformation.

Strong experience delivering Data & AI programmes.

Financial Services consulting experience within Banking, Insurance, Asset Management or Payments.

Experience managing complex client engagements and senior stakeholders.

Commercial awareness with exposure to business development and proposal management.

Leadership Proven experience leading project teams.

Passion for coaching and developing consultants.

Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for project outcomes.

Technical & Consulting Expertise Strong understanding of Data Strategy, AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies.

Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions.

Languages Fluent German and English.
