Overview
In this role you help international clients implement SAP FI/CO digitalisation and transformation initiatives. You own work packages within projects, shaping efficient and future-proof finance processes. You will design and optimise SAP FI/CO workflows, support end-to-end S/4HANA Finance transformations, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP Finance practice. This position combines client advisory, solution design, and hands-on project delivery to drive measurable finance improvements.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advising on SAP FI/CO process design and optimisation (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
- Supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects from requirements to implementation
- Performing process analyses and recommending automation, harmonisation, and integration of finance workflows
- Preparing functional specifications and aligning business and technical teams
- Supporting testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborating with project management and preparing decision materials for senior stakeholders
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and development of the SAP Finance practice
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or related field
- Practical experience in management consulting or similar role, ideally in SAP
- Solid understanding of accounting/controlling and hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or willingness to build expertise
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, high self-motivation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent German and English communication skills
