Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant to support a large-scale implementation, focusing on Source-to-Pay (S2P), Lead-to-Cash (L2C), and associated finance processes.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting the configuration and activation of SAP Public Cloud functionality, ensuring procurement, sales, and finance processes are aligned with the client's organisational structure and business requirements. The project will primarily utilise standard SAP Public Cloud functionality and SAP Fiori applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and activation of the purchasing organisational structure, including company codes, purchasing organisations and purchasing groups.

• Configure and support end-to-end procurement processes for direct materials, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification.

• Support intercompany procurement, service procurement and internal purchasing scenarios.

• Manage supplier contracts and operational sourcing activities, including requests for quotation (RFQs), supplier comparisons and award processes.

• Support supplier invoice processing, MM Invoice Verification (MM-IV), and relevant automated invoice processing capabilities.

• Assist with supplier payment processes, including SEPA credit transfers and associated SAP Fiori applications.

• Configure and support customer Business Partner master data and sales organisational structures.

• Support sales order processing for stock and non-stock materials, including order creation, availability checks, delivery and billing.

• Support standard order-to-invoice processes, credit and debit notes, self-billing and billing corrections.

• Assist with pricing and condition determination using standard SAP functionality, as well as standard tax configuration.

• Support SEPA direct debit processes, service sales and returns management, including customer returns and direct returns to suppliers.

• Work across the relevant finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, intercompany reconciliation, financial close and banking.

• Support project-related financial controlling and external audit requirements.

• Ensure solutions align with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud standard functionality and implementation best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations.

• Functional expertise across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, SAP MM and Lead-to-Cash (L2C)/SAP SD processes.

• Experience with the SAP Activate implementation methodology.

• Strong familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for project and implementation management.

• Understanding of SAP organisational structures and their configuration across procurement and sales.

• Experience with standard SAP Public Cloud processes, including purchasing, sourcing, supplier invoicing, sales order management, billing and returns.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and standard SAP payment processes.

• Ability to work across procurement, sales and finance stakeholders in an integrated implementation environment.

• German language skills are mandatory.
