Overview
As Head of SAP Business Unit, you will build and scale a new SAP practice within Germany, leveraging the backing of an established, international consultancy. You’ll shape the service portfolio, recruit top talent, and win strategic customers while owning revenue and profitability. You’ll work with executive leadership to set investment priorities and expand offerings across SAP domains. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build and lead a new SAP consulting business in Germany
- Develop commercial strategy and go-to-market approach
- Leverage existing client network to generate opportunities
- Establish long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers
- Build and grow a high-performing SAP leadership/consulting team
- Recruit experienced SAP consultants across disciplines
- Own revenue, profitability and growth targets
- Collaborate with executives to define investment priorities and expansion plans
- Develop service offerings across SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, BTP, AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Supply Chain or other strategic SAP areas
- Represent the business within the SAP ecosystem and partner community
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Significant experience leading an SAP consulting practice, business unit or service line
- Demonstrable success in generating consulting revenue and winning new business
- Existing C-level relationships across enterprise customers and/or SAP partner ecosystem
- Experience building and managing high-performing consulting teams
- Commercial mindset with strong P&L ownership
- Entrepreneurial attitude with ambition to build something substantial
