h3IT / 2nd Line Support Engineer – Zurich, Switzerland - 6 months+ /h3 pbLocation: /b Zurich, Switzerland (hybrid working)br/bContract: /b 6 monthsbr/bStart /b: January /p pWe are looking for an experienced bIT / 2nd Line Support Engineer /b to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues and manage incidents within a global enterprise environment. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liProvide 2nd line support, resolving hardware, software and network-related issues. /li liManage incidents, service requests and escalations in line with ITIL best practices. /li liSupport Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and endpoint management. /li liConfigure, deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. /li liTroubleshoot remote access, security and infrastructure-related issues. /li /ul pbKey Requirements: /b /p ul li2+ years' experience in an IT Support Engineer or 2nd Line Support role within a helpdesk environment. /li liExperience working within an ITIL framework. /li liStrong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, antivirus and firewalls. /li liHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. /li liFamiliarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software. /li liExperience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar is advantageous /li liPrevious experience supporting users within a global enterprise organisation. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
