Overview
In this role you drive enterprise SAP transformations, focusing on logistics within S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes and SAP architectures that enable global harmonisation and cloud migration. You’ll lead workstreams on large-scale transformations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. The opportunity combines strategic advisory, hands-on delivery, and ongoing development within a renowned SAP specialist environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programmes in logistics
- Support S/4HANA migrations, consolidations and carve-out projects
- Advise stakeholders on logistics transformation strategies
- Design future-state processes and SAP architectures
- Drive international process harmonisation
- Contribute to pre-sales and solution proposals
- Own workstreams and assume project leadership responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to customers during projects
- Contribute to growth and development of the transformation practice
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of SAP consultancy experience (including in-house or developer roles)
- Strong understanding of SAP Logistics processes
- Hands-on customising experience in SAP Logistics modules
- Experience with SAP implementation, transformation or migration projects
- SAP S/4HANA project experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused consultative approach
- Fluent in German and English
