Director SAP GTM in Koblenz

Overview

In this role, you drive growth across the SAP portfolio as part of the senior leadership team. You shape and execute go-to-market strategies and lead business development to expand in key industries and accounts. You work closely with delivery and account teams to ensure profitable execution and build strategic partnerships. You will manage senior relationships at C-level and refine SAP offerings to market demand, enabling scalable, sustainable growth.

• Own revenue, order intake, and growth targets for the SAP portfolio
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies across industries and regions
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline from origination to close
• Lead strategic pursuits including deal structuring, positioning, and negotiation
• Collaborate with account leadership and delivery teams for successful execution
• Align global SAP capabilities with regional market needs
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to support growth
