Hi, I'm currently looking for our client in the automotive industry based inLeinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany for a .NET Technical Lead for 6 months contract + extension for a transformation project.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have (Ideally it should not be more than 3-5)
- .NET technical leadership; C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, SQL Server and Azure; solution design; code reviews; DevOps and CI/CD
Good-to-Have
- Microservices, containers, cloud-native architecture, manufacturing/automotive domain, Azure certification and German language
# Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
- 1 Lead design, development and support activities for .NET applications.
- 2 Define solution architecture, coding standards and development best practices.
- 3 Perform code reviews and ensure quality, security and maintainability.
- 4 Lead teams across enhancements, defect fixes and transformation initiatives.
- 5 Collaborate with business, architects and product owners to define solutions.
- 6 Drive CI/CD, DevOps, test automation and release management practices.
- 7 Support transition, knowledge transfer and technical onboarding.
- 8 Resolve complex issues and provide L3/L4 technical guidance.
- 9 Ensure performance, scalability, security and compliance requirements.
- 10 Provide technical governance, reporting and improvement recommendations.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 1 C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and REST API development.
- 2 SQL Server, data access, stored procedures and application performance tuning.
- 3 Azure services, microservices, containers and cloud-native solution patterns.
- 4 CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, source control, automated testing and release management.
- 5 Solution architecture, code review, secure coding, troubleshooting and technical documentation.
Generic Managerial Skills
- 1 Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work with Customer, SIAM, vendors and globally distributed teams.
- 2 Self-driven leader with the ability to mentor teams, resolve escalations and drive outcome-based delivery.
