Overview
In this role you advise clients on migrating HR processes to the cloud and lead the design of scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You work with cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated HR landscapes that support long-term business goals. The position focuses on cloud transformation, architecture workshops, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise and public-sector projects. You will shape modern HR environments with a practical, outcome-driven mindset.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors architectures
- Advise on HR cloud transformation strategies and HR IT roadmaps
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct architecture and discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Support projects from planning to go-live and post-production
- Ensure successful SAP SuccessFactors integration within broader HR ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR solutions
- Present concepts and demonstrations to clients
- Assist in proposal development and pre-sales activities
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and evaluate new technologies
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite and module interdependencies
- Several years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise HR system design
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP technologies
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services
- Interest in adjacent identity and access management technologies (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences
