Overview
In this role you help international clients modernize HR systems by designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors integrations. You work across HR and IT stakeholders to optimise landscapes, enable seamless data flows, and drive go-lives for cloud-based HR transformations. You’ll use modern SAP integration technologies and own projects from design to deployment. The position offers autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to shape client HR digitalisation on global projects.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise international customers on SAP SuccessFactors integration projects
- Analyze HR IT landscapes and support architecture improvements
- Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and third-party apps
- Hands-on work with SAP integration technologies
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and architecture stakeholders
- Lead workshops and communicate complex concepts to business and technical audiences
- Manage projects independently from design through go-live
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors integration experience
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and/or SAP BTP
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR data models
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English; German is beneficial but not required
