Job Description: Project Manager (German Speaking)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and capable of managing cross-functional teams in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies to ensure efficient delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage budget, effort tracking, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT/software delivery.
- Fluency in German (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in risk management, planning, and reporting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pega platform and/or Customer Decision Hub (CDH) projects.
- Domain exposure to Travel Industry (Airlines, Railways, Transportation sectors).
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
Certifications
- No mandatory certifications, but PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
