Senior SAP IS-U Billing Consultant
Netherlands | 3 Days On-Site / Week
About the Role
We're supporting a client-facing programme in the Netherlands seeking a Senior SAP IS-U Billing Consultant for a 10-month engagement. This is a single position requiring on-site presence at the client a minimum of 3 days per week, with travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on SAP IS-U Billing, Invoicing, Rate Determination and utility business process configuration
- Support SAP IS-U Device Management (DM) and Meter Data Management (MDM/MDT)
- Manage integration between SAP FI-CA and SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing processes
- Own end-to-end SAP Utilities processes: Move-In, Move-Out, Meter Reading, Billing, Invoicing and Collections
- Contribute to implementation, rollout, enhancement, support and transformation activities across the SAP Utilities landscape
- Work within SAP S/4HANA Utilities and related innovations
- Support ABAP debugging, custom enhancements, interfaces and integrations as required
Requirements
Mandatory:
- 10+ years relevant SAP experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing, Invoicing, Rate Determination and utility business processes
- Experience in SAP IS-U Device Management (DM) and Meter Data Management (MDM/MDT)
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CA integration with SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing
- Deep understanding of end-to-end SAP Utilities processes (Move-In, Move-Out, Meter Reading, Billing, Invoicing, Collections)
- Proven experience across implementation, rollout, enhancement, support and transformation projects
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and related innovations
- Strong technical knowledge of ABAP debugging, custom enhancements, interfaces and integrations
Desired:
- Experience working with European utility customers
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformation programmes
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Fiori
- Experience with performance optimisation, system scalability and operational stability initiatives
