As a member of the Competence Center Enterprise Management (EM) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) , you will act as a consultant in customer projects involving business process transformation combined with SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver business readiness, consulting, and training.
- Support customers in designing and implementing SAP-related processes.
- Facilitate business readiness and ensure effective communication between business and IT at all levels.
- Plan and oversee training and testing activities during build and roll-out phases.
- Develop reference content for Business Flows with appropriate methodology.
- Create documents and models in various formats for customers and internal projects.
Your profile:
- Experience in SAP as a user, trainer, or consultant (in-house or external).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to cultivate relationships at operational and management levels.
- Professional experience with complex consulting and implementation projects is advantageous.
- Industry experience within the process industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently on conceptual and methodological tasks.
- Collaborative working approach, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
