ServiceNow Source2Pay – Remote/Germany – 6 months+

For a large global client we are looking for a ServiceNow Source2Pay consultant for a 6 month extendable contract.

• German and English language required
• Remote
• Starting ASAP

The Role

• Analysis, coordination, and configuration implementation of customer requirements for Source2Pay processes (Contract Management, Demand Management, Supplier Management)
• Functional and technical specification of SAP interfaces and migration interfaces
• Coordination with the nearshore development team (English‑speaking).

You Experience

• Over 5 years experience with ServiceNow specifically focused on Source2Pay Module
• German (B2 level) and English language
• Strong experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes including:
  • Requisition management
  • Purchase orders
  • Supplier/vendor onboarding
  • Contract lifecycle management
  • Invoice and approval workflows
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
