Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will design and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and integrations with external systems. You’ll lead technical delivery, drive scalable architectures, and ensure security and GDPR compliance. You’ll collaborate with HR and IT to translate requirements into robust, cross-system integrations. This role offers exposure to enterprise‑level SAP HR projects and opportunities to shape innovative HR solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions including integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Concur)
- Develop and optimize hybrid integration scenarios between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and external systems
- Create data flow and interface models, mapping concepts, and identity concepts for master data
- Conduct customer workshops and coaching sessions; own technical project delivery
- Ensure compliance with policies, IT security standards, and GDPR requirements
- Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integration, or HCM implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite and interface technologies (REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP)
- Experience with Groovy, Java and security standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, X.509)
- Solid understanding of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and typical integrations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills
- Fluent in German (min B2/C1) and English
