AI Solutions Engineer – Consulting & Enablement (all genders)

Are you energised by how fast AI moves? Do you love getting hands‑on with new tools, building AI solutions and agents, and helping clients put AI to real use? Then join us as an AI Solutions Engineer: equal parts builder, consultant and teacher.

The role:

This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role. You will prototype and ship AI solutions, sit with clients to work out where AI genuinely helps, and then run the trainings and create the content that get a whole organisation confident and self‑sufficient. If you like being in front of people as much as in front of a terminal, this is for you. Your time splits roughly three ways.

Build AI solutions end‑to‑end:

• Design and build working AI solutions from prototype to production, using Claude Code, open‑source agent frameworks and n8n or comparable no‑code tools
• Wire up automations and agents that connect real business systems: CRMs, inboxes, docs, internal tools
• Own the solution through to a clean hand‑off, documented, reliable and ready for the client to run

Consult and onboard:

• Sit with clients to understand their processes and spot where AI actually moves the needle, and where it does not
• Scope the right solution, set realistic expectations and translate "AI" into concrete, day‑to‑day wins for the business
• Onboard the organisation into what you have delivered, so adoption outlives the kickoff

Train, enable and create content:

• Design and facilitate hands‑on enablement sessions and workshops for adult learners, from first‑time users to power users, that are practical, engaging and confidence‑building
• Build the supporting materials: guides, playbooks, hands‑on labs, reference docs
• Produce video content for YouTube and post to LinkedIn on a regular cadence, sharing how‑tos, tool reviews and field insights that grow N3XTCODER's voice in the AI space

What you bring:

• Fluent German and English, confident delivering trainings and consulting in both
• People skills: you are outgoing, comfortable in front of a room, and you genuinely enjoy teaching and helping others get unstuck
• Hands‑on experience with the modern AI builder stack: Claude Code, n8n (or comparable no‑code automation) and at least one open‑source agent framework
• The ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences, clearly, simply and without condescension
• A builder's mindset: you would rather ship a working prototype than write a 20-page strategy
• Comfortable being on camera and in public. Creating video and posting on LinkedIn is part of the job, not a side quest
• Willingness for occasional travel to client sites for workshops and onboarding

Nice to have:

• Background in consulting, agency work or client‑facing delivery
• An existing LinkedIn, YouTube or content track record. Show us what you have made
• Instructional design or adult learning experience, so you know the difference between a demo and a workshop
• Familiarity with the German market and its expectations
• Exposure to the EU and sovereign AI stack (European model providers, self‑hosted options) and to responsible‑AI practice
