Overview
As Senior Treasury Manager you will lead Nexthink’s global treasury operations, shaping cash management, funding, and liquidity across a fast-paced, worldwide organization. You will own banking relationships, cash forecasting, global cash pooling, intercompany funding, and FX hedging, aligning with tax, accounting, and FP&A to optimize capital. This role offers high-visibility impact on cash efficiency, risk management, and strategic financing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable treasury processes and automation.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Be the main point of contact for global banking relationships and manage all bank account openings/closings
- Produce a Monthly Cash Forecast and support short- and long-term liquidity planning
- Optimize bank account structure, implement global cash pooling, and improve cash efficiency
- Collaborate with tax and accounting on cross-border cash repatriation, intercompany loans, and funding/settlement
- Maintain debt covenant compliance and support financing transactions
- Establish corporate investment policy and assess options to optimize excess cash
- Create and manage FX hedging program; monitor FX exposure and hedging effectiveness
- Implement global treasury compliance program and centralized KYC management
- Oversee treasury reporting and automation; support system implementations
- Optimize bank fees and payment options for cost effectiveness; coordinate daily cash funding and payments
- Support M&A activity and other financing transactions
- Contribute to ad hoc treasury projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5 years of corporate treasury experience
- CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred
- English proficiency; experience in a global environment
- Hands-on, proactive, dynamic, fast-paced
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience with TIS preferred but not required
