In this role you will
Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks, using Tosca
Define best practices and standards for test automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions
Lead the implementation of test strategies for complex projects, ensuring high quality and efficiency
Mentor and guide testing teams to adopt Tosca best practices and improve automation processes
Continuously evaluate new testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities
Support release and deployment cycles with robust test automation solutions
Your qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years proven experience as a Test Architect or similar role with extensive hands-on experience in Tosca
Deep understanding of automation test frameworks, scripting, and best test automation practices
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
Experience with API testing
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in German and English
We consider it as a plus
Experience with performance testing and integration testing is a plus
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Previous experience with SAP
