WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Work closely with experienced team members, responsible for your customers and provide them with expert advice on digital content.
- Maintain constant contact with customers, updating and optimizing the content of their marketing websites, online shops or newsletters.
- Design and create cross-channel digital content and texts for B2C and B2B contexts, taking on simple graphic tasks if required.
- Ensure all content created complies with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate landing pages, newsletters, app banners and other advertising materials with customers.
- Ensure quality and efficiency in content creation and maintenance with an eye on timing and budgets.
- Actively optimize content processes and estimate costs for new customer inquiries.
- Create analyses and reports to measure success and derive suitable measures from them.
- Learn to manage content projects independently and conscientiously, eventually taking on project management and budget controlling of projects.

- Strong in producing and optimizing content for the respective target group and purpose.
- The interface between editing, design, conceptualization, project management and content management systems.
- An organizational talent who can easily manage processes and projects from a content perspective.

- Passionate about the online world with no editorial task that you are not up to.
- Responsible and precise in your work.
YOU HAVE…
- A degree in marketing / digital / online editing / media, communication sciences or a comparable subject.
- Initial professional experience as a content manager / email marketing manager / online editor or in a comparable position, ideally in a digital agency.
- A desire to take on responsibility and grow with digital challenges.
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
- A good feel for user-centred content and content conception.
- An eye for the big picture ensuring that texts and images create a coherent overall composition.
- Great interest and initial experience with various CMS, shop systems and newsletter tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Magnolia, Storyblok, Wordpress, Salesforce, Hubspot…).
- Interest in working with tools such as Excel, databases, SEO and analysis tools, generative AI and enjoy working with data in a structured way.
- Ideally initial experience in the field of project management.
YOU ARE WELL VERSED…
- With various digital communication channels and content formats.
- With search engine and content optimisation.
- With the most important HTML codes.
