WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

In an increasingly connected and data-driven world, we help leading brands use Salesforce strategically and operationally to create real value for customers and businesses. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Strategy, design and implementation of modern Salesforce solutions – primarily in the areas of Agentforce, Loyalty, Sales, Service and Data Cloud.
• Analysis and further development of existing Salesforce setups: you will identify potential for optimisation, develop roadmaps and support implementation.
• Requirements analysis and solution design: together with customers and our project team, you will develop smart, scalable architectures along the customer journey.
• Process design in sales and service: from lead qualification and service automation to personalisation and AI deployment.
• Technical management of projects in interdisciplinary teams, often in conjunction with other platforms.
• Configuration and customisation within Salesforce clouds – with a focus on best practices, reusability and clean setup.

YOU ARE…

• Practical experience in setting up and operating Salesforce solutions.
• Certified as a Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud Consultant.
• Strategic thinker with a desire to provide comprehensive support to customers.
• A team player with charm, curiosity and the drive to actively shape our Salesforce offering at nexum.
• Strong communication skills and confident in workshops, presentations and customer meetings.

YOU HAVE…

• 3-5 years of project experience in consulting or implementation related to CRM/Salesforce processes.
• Expertise in optimising sales, service or marketing processes.
• A flair for data, SaaS and integration architectures (APIs, events, data layers, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for working in an international, interdisciplinary team and strong communication skills in German (at least C1) and English.

YOU ARE WELL VERSED…

• With business analysis & requirements gathering and translating these into smart solutions.
• In advising and guiding customers on an equal footing.
• In configuring and expanding Salesforce Clouds and understanding the strategic product development of Salesforce with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
