Chief Procurement Officer

This executive will drive sourcing strategy, supplier development, and cost optimization across direct and indirect spend. A strong track record in global procurement leadership within automotive manufacturing is essential.

• Define and execute global procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead and mentor international purchasing teams across multiple regions
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring supply continuity and quality
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, including risk mitigation
• Oversee sourcing decisions for direct materials, tooling, and indirect spend
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, ESG goals, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to support program launches
• Leverage digital tools and data analytics to optimize procurement performance
