Your tasks
- Help design and deliver SAP Concur Business Travel Management process design solutions incl. customizing, documentation, and testing
- Integration of SAP Concur into existing backend systems via neylux middleware solutions or SAP ICS integration
- Assist in the preparation and execution of customer workshops and project management tasks
- Analysis of the change requirements with the modeling and conception of the business processes
- Review of SAP Concur implementations and development of suggestions for improvement and their implementation
- Preparation and implementation of customer training
- Assumption of project responsibility / management and support of our customers
- Support in the sales process as a pre-sales consultant
- Preparation of project offers
- Support of the neylux support team
Your profile
- Degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics or comparable work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Travel Management with SAP Concur
- Experiences in Concur Travel is a big plus
- Certified in SAP Concur (CIP) is a plus
- Experience of at least 2 full cycle implementations in SAP Concur
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working with a pronounced understanding of service
- Team-working ability, excellent communication skills and social competencies
- Residence in Mexico & native language skills in Spanish
- Very good English, both oral and written
- Enjoy working in a global environment and committed to high-quality project delivery
