The role
As a Strategic HR Business Partner for the NFON Business Areas and their People Leads, you will be responsible for addressing all employee, team, and leadership matters, as well as facilitating their development and performance. Serving as a bridge between the business areas, employees, and the company, you will proactively address all people-related issues while fostering a positive corporate culture.
We\’ve last year transitioned to a Business Partner Model and are currently strategizing our approach, and by the time you join us, you will still have the opportunity to shape the direction.
Your profile
- You are a people person and have a background with a recognized degree in psychology, business, or a combination of both.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of People & Culture principles, procedures, and laws, with at least 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- You are a certified systemic coach with strong expertise in leadership and team development.
- You excel in interpersonal skills, and communication in all forms comes naturally to you.
- You have proven conceptual and project management skills.
- You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and effectively tackle challenges.
- A fluent English level is required; German skills would be a plus.
- You will fit well with our team if you appreciate openness, respectful interaction, and mutual support as well as integrity. We enjoy spending time together, and it is important to us that we feel comfortable as a team, enabling us to work more effectively together.

We are the Group People & Culture Team , working across various competence centers (Talent Acquisition, Corporate & Change Communication, People Development, People Services & Systems) to take the employee experience at NFON to the next level!

Your Mission
- Provide strategic guidance to the extended management team and their teams, supporting leadership decision-making and organizational growth.
- Support managers with systemic coaching to foster team growth and leadership excellence.
- Support leaders in their continuous development journey.
- Provide guidance on labor law-related cases and collaborate closely with the People Services & Systems team.
- Contribute to Learning & Development projects focused on leadership and talent development.
- Drive and support change initiatives by establishing foundational structures and processes that enable successful transformation.
