About us
We are looking for a structured and proactive People Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all administrative areas of People Operations. From managing employee data and contracts to optimizing internal workflows, you’ll help create a seamless experience for our team and ensure our people processes run efficiently and accurately.
Tasks
What you’ll do
- Prepareand manageemploymentcontracts,referenceletters, andotheremployee-relateddocumentation.
- Maintainand updateemployeedatainPersonio,ensuringaccuracy,dataintegrity, and GDPRcompliance.
- Manage time-offrequests,absencerecords, andvacationbalancesinourHRIS(Personio).
- Conductregularauditsofemployeedataanddocumentationtoensureaccuracyandcompliance.
- Support remoteemployeeswiththeiradministrativeneeds,includingdocumentationandlocalcompliancerequirements.
- Contributetotheimplementationandimprovementofnewtools,systems, andworkflows.
- CreatereportsanddatainsightsfromPersoniotosupport people-relateddecisions.
- EnsurecompliancewithGermanlaborlawand internalpoliciesacrossall PeopleOperationsprocesses.
- CollaboratecloselywiththeHeadofPeopleOperationstoensuresmoothcoordinationandefficientworkflows.
Requirements
Our ideal new colleague
- At least1-2 years of experiencein People Operations, HR administration, or a similarrole.
- Strongattentiontodetail,reliability, and ahands-onmindset.
- GoodknowledgeofPersonioandconfidenceinmanagingdigital HRprocesses.
- GoodunderstandingofGermanlaborlawand administrativebestpractices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solvingskillswithafocusonaccuracyandefficiency.
- Fluentin German(C1orhigher) andverygoodEnglishskills.
- Youenjoybringingstructuretoprocessesandcontinuouslyimprovinghowthingsaredone.
