Technical Quality Manager (m/f/d) – with career development opportunities
You will work closely with our experienced quality manager and gain comprehensive knowledge of the various areas of our quality management system. Step by step, you will take on your own tasks and responsibilities, further developing your professional and organizational skills.
This position offers you a long-term development perspective: the aim is to systematically prepare you for later taking over responsibility for our quality management.
As a Quality Manager, you will actively contribute to ensuring and continuously improving our quality standards. During your onboarding, you will gain practical experience in the various areas of our quality management system and gradually assume independent responsibility. This will allow you to grow steadily into your future leadership role in quality management.
- Systematic analysis and sustainable resolution of customer complaints
- Continuous development of our QM system
- Support with audits
- Analysis of QM KPIs and creation of reports for management
Your profile
- Completed technical studies
- Work experience in quality management, sound knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards customers and suppliers
- Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop professionally and personally towards a leadership role in quality management.
- Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
