pAre you an experienced bFund Operations professional /b with strong expertise in fund accounting, NAV oversight, regulatory frameworks and process automation? /p pWe are supporting a leading private banking and wealth management organisation looking for a bHead of Fund Operations/Fund Operations Manager /b to lead a specialist team and oversee fund operations across its Swiss and Luxembourg fund range. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop a team of three Fund Operations employees, covering the full Swiss and Luxembourg fund range. /li liOversee fund data flows into internal systems, ensuring data quality, completeness and effective coordination with system providers. /li liCalculate and validate fund metrics, including TER, PTR, OGC and transaction costs, and manage PRIIPs KID production. /li liAct as the main counterpart to the fund administrator on NAV data, including plausibility checks and resolution of NAV errors. /li liContribute to valuation decisions as a member of the Valuation Committee. /li liCoordinate annual and semi-annual fund reports, auditors and tax advisors, and verify fund-related invoices. /li liOversee factsheet production, monthly manager reports and recurring reporting to wholesale clients. /li liIdentify opportunities to automate data and reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity or University of Applied Sciences degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline. /li liAt least 7 years of practical experience in fund controlling, fund accounting, fund administration or fund audit. /li liSound knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund frameworks, including CISA/FINMA/AMAS and UCITS/CSSF. /li liExperience overseeing NAV data and working with fund administrators. /li liExperience with CACEIS is an advantage. /li liStrong technical skills in Python or comparable scripting, advanced Excel, databases and structured data, such as SQL. /li liProven experience in automating data and reporting processes is a strong advantage. /li liLeadership experience is beneficial, alongside a hands-on approach and strong stakeholder management skills. /li liHigh levels of integrity, accountability and professional ethics. /li liFluency in English; German and French language skills are advantageous. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liEntrepreneurial working environment within a family-owned banking organisation. /li liCentral city office locations across Switzerland. /li liAbove-average insurance coverage fully paid by the bank. /li liContributions towards health insurance and meals. /li liStable environment with a global growth strategy. /li liCompetitive overall package. /li /ul h3Location: Basel /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
