Our client, a globally successful industrial company, is looking for a Head of Procurement & Supplier Management (m/f/d) to drive the company’s procurement strategy and elevate supplier management to the next level. In this key leadership role, you will optimize purchasing processes, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure that cost, quality, and sustainability objectives align with overall business goals.
Your focus will be on developing and implementing a forward-thinking procurement strategy, identifying new sourcing markets, and leading high-stakes supplier negotiations on a global scale. You will analyze existing procurement processes, implement efficiency improvements, and establish resilient and transparent supply chains. Working closely with stakeholders from production, logistics, and finance, you will also spearhead digitalization initiatives within procurement.
