pAre you an experienced Securities Transfer Specialist with strong knowledge of securities settlement and post-trade operations? /p pWe are currently supporting a leading financial institution with a requirement for a bSecurities Transfer Specialist /b to join its operations team in Zurich. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess, instruct and monitor global bfree-of-payment (FOP) securities transfers /b across equities, bonds and standard investment funds. /li liIssue settlement instructions to domestic and international custodians and central securities depositories. /li liWork with bSWIFT MT540-MT543 /b messages and other settlement communication channels. /li liMonitor outstanding transactions and proactively resolve pending settlements, discrepancies and settlement issues. /li liInvestigate settlement breaks, including position differences, transaction taxes and fees. /li liPerform related booking and reconciliation activities. /li liCommunicate with counterparties, custodians and internal stakeholders regarding settlement-related matters. /li liManage inquiries and claims via email, shared mailbox and telephone hotline. /li liSupport the allocation and coordination of daily team activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDetailed knowledge of bsecurities settlement and post-trade operations /b. /li liMandatory hands-on expertise with bSWIFT MT540, MT541, MT542 and MT543 /b. /li liExperience handling settlement discrepancies, reconciliations and post-trade issues. /li liFluent bGerman and English /b. /li liExperience with bSIS Portal, BBH Infuse and Clearstream Xact (CBL Xact) /b is advantageous. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
