We are looking for an ICT Support Specialist to join our client’s team, providing first- and second-level IT support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via Jira Service Management.
- Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and communication-related issues.
- Initiate escalations when necessary and monitor them through to resolution.
- Contribute to IT projects within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and/or further education in computer science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft 365.
