Director (m/w/d) - Sales Management

Sales Manager - Power Conversion Systems As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing Nidec’s market share in the German energy storage and PV utility sector by promoting our inverter and power conversion platforms to EPCs, developers, and system integrators. You will own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, acting as the primary point of contact for PCS solutions. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Nidec PCS in Germany. Build and manage relationships with OEMs, EPCs, project developers, battery integrators, and utilities. Identify upcoming projects and position Nidec as the PCS partner of choice. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Understand customer specifications and provide optimized PCS solutions from Nidec’s portfolio. Follow and interpret German and European grid code requirements (e.g. Provide feedback to product management and R&D to support innovation and portfolio alignment. At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development in PCS, inverters, or power electronics. Experience working with OEMs, EPCs, or energy project developers.
