- As an Assistant Professor I, NCLEX, you will coach, strategize, and champion learners and graduates.
- This fully remote role involves identifying knowledge gaps and building personalized learning plans.
What You'll Do:
- Support and prepare assigned learners for NCLEX success through meaningful interactions.
- Monitor learner progress, grade assignments, and track attendance.
- Develop and facilitate scheduled study sessions and one-on-one coaching appointments.
What You Bring:
- Experience coaching or mentoring in a Practical Nursing program preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one learning management system (Canvas preferred) and Microsoft Office.
