The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.
Responsibilities
- Explore and analyze potential industries and customers, understand customer industry and business, deeply understand customers to seek and provide customized solutions to solve customer pain points; develop and evaluate potential customers; conduct technical communication with customers, combine products and technologies, provide complete solutions and introduce to customers.
- Through research, understand the customer enterprise business, judgment and deep reasons of the value of the scheme of customers, evaluate core requirements and technical concerns of customers, and collect customer data and processes conducive to the production of demonstration.
- In the implementation stage of the project, as the project manager or technical leader, control the overall progress, cost, and quality of the technical consulting service project to ensure the success of the project; the project includes software installation, testing, problem solving, and professional training services, and lead the project team to complete the execution of customer standardization, automation, and collaborative design projects.
- Provide systematic solutions based on customer status, business logic, and personnel situation, and deliver key value information to customers through presentation and communication skills.
- Package and output project benchmarking practices, industry solutions, and successful cases, providing cases and training for sales and pre-sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, new energy).
- At least 5 years working experience in technical support for TPMS.
- Preferred 10+ years working experience in the aftermarket in the EU.
